Emily: Senior 2013

What a time, what a girl! She sings, she dances, she impersonates velociraptors, has a great laugh and some snazzy shoes. We also enjoyed having our friend Bekah along to be a random photo-bomber and just general friendly creeper. :) 

As I've mentioned before, look at those green eyes!

Winter Princesses

 This project was a result of a discussion with the Tarkon sisters, and an idea I'd been stewing over for a while that included pretty dresses, Christmas lights, beautiful ladies, and gorgeous scenery.  There were a few bumps in the road - one of the girl's dresses was sent to a state down south! - but I still think it was a smashing success.  Each model was a true beauty in every sense of the word.  Strong, too - the temperature was below zero while we were out shooting them in their formals! 
Originally, each of the Princesses had a "theme."  As it turned out, one of the lady's titles will be up to your imagination! ;)

 

 Anna Claire kindly filled in for us at the last minute as our "Ice" princess.  The dress even fit perfectly! Don't you just love her curls? :)

 

 

JoEllen was our "Starry Night" princess. 

 She even brought along a starry pair of earrings! So perfect.

Chelsea was our "Snow" princess.  Doesn't she fit the role perfectly? Almost reminds me of a bride ;)

Originally, Kori was going to be our "Ivy" princess - but her dress was sent far, far away from Alaska!  Any ideas for what kind of princess she could be? :)

Holly is - you guessed it, our "Holly" princess!  She's the sweetest package ;)
